Marin Reiki was founded by Darin Hemingway in 2017, following the sudden death of his wife and Reiki partner Deb. Darin took 2 years off to finish books and music that he and Deb had started. They had been Reiki Masters together for years and it was their dream and daily practice to love others. Marin Reiki was born in December of 2018 with its first location at The Hub, Fairfax. The Hub was the brainchild of Ange and Her husband Garth. They wanted to create a co-op for artists of music and paint, sewing, jewelry etc and a holistic wellness center. A place for people to come to feel safe and welcomed. Children are a common bond we all share. Darin a full-time grandfather and myself the mother of four, Ange a grandmother as well. Marin Reiki had a”soft open”, last year with a few classes, and private sessions to build a following. Darin traveled to an Essential oil conference in Salt Lake City to learn more and share more information on healing. He began using essential oils in all his sessions. He also uses certain oils for his private lessons. He applies them to the bottom of the feet and hand with reflexology. He diffuses oils to clear the air of negative energies and create a positive environment. Darin only uses doterra essential oils because they are the purest and source from all over the world.
This December He released his first album Fear away, that he finished in 2006. Printed in 2017.
The hub closed in 2019 and Darin continued to write and publish 52 songs in 2020. Due to Covid 19 private Reiki sessions were put on hold. Here is the link to his playlist on you tube.
