When Frances Mary Neely was born on November 23, 1787, in Lebanon, Kentucky, her father, Isaac, was 28, and her mother, Nancy, was 27. She married Frances Neeley and they had one daughter together. She then married Adam BRADFORD and they had 16 children together. She also had one son and two daughters from another relationship. She died on March 13, 1876, in Phelps, Missouri, having lived a long life of 88 years.
